This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Exponit (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
Exponit provides custom digital services, including website development, web application development, and related technical services. These services involve time, effort, and resources once work has commenced.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable.
Advance payments secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial planning work.
Once work has started, the advance cannot be reversed.
3. Project-Based Payments & Milestones
Payments made for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated by the client mid-way, payment for work completed up to that point will not be refunded.
Any pending or future work not yet started may be cancelled without additional charges.
4. Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on project stage and work already completed.
No refunds will be issued for work already delivered or in progress.
5. Cancellation by Exponit
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases including, but not limited to:
Non-payment or delayed payments
Lack of required information or cooperation from the client
Breach of agreed terms
In such cases, payments for completed work will remain non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 business days
Payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
7. No Guarantee of Results
Exponit does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, revenue, or performance metrics. Refunds will not be provided based on subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations beyond the agreed scope.
